Where applicable, guidance may be provided by a Registered Nurse.

8. Fees & Payment
Fees & Payment
Fees for services provided by Journeys For Health will be agreed in writing prior to commencement. Payment terms, including any deposits or staged payments, will be clearly outlined at the time of booking.
Consultation fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable once services have commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Where a client proceeds with a holiday booking through our sister company, Well Done Journeys, the consultation fee paid to Journeys For Health may be credited against the total holiday cost, subject to booking value and applicable terms. Full details of any credit or deduction will be confirmed at the time of booking.
This credit applies only where the booking is made directly with Well Done Journeys following the consultation. Consultation fees remain payable and non-refundable where no booking is made, or where a booking is made with an alternative provider.
Fees will be agreed in writing prior to commencement

Fees are non-refundable once services have commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing
9. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation terms will be outlined at the time of booking.
